He's not kidding either.

Bruce, try that Omega, Me-N-Rats fishes them and loves them. The Zebco Delta is a slightly cheaper model, one less bearing and no extra spool but is great as well. They both come in a 02 size (6# line, 2 line pick ups) or a 03 size (10# line, 3 line pick ups).

My buddy went to Bartlet today and pulled 14 slabs out of the trees we were fishing by. They're still in there! Slow pulling minnows just above the tree tops.

Hey Billy funny you should mention that, went to BPS last night, they were out of the omega in the box >:( :( so I bought the combo reel, kid never said anything about a #2 or #3 :banghead: :banghead: and both spools the extra one and the one on the reel are lined with that crappy red cajon line that feels like stiff rope :crybaby2: :dontknow: so I have to remove that crap and rewind with 6lb clear reflection before I can use it

dang wish you were still working there :crybaby2: :crybaby2: and Brandon had gone home for the day :o

your issue with the 02 omega is it doesnt hold enough line. now casting its gunna be ok but when im long linin i sometimes have the whole reel of line deployed.  the 03 doesnt have that issue.

is the omega 2 silver and the 3 black? looking at them online, (going to take the combo back to BPS) and the 3 is the slightly larger reel?
