Davin and I fished for crappie for a couple of hours on the Tonto end Wednesday afternoon and caught 1 the first couple of minutes and then nada. Dave N. had 9 when I got there and wound up with 11. I went back back Thursday morning and we again caught 1 before the wind came up. There were a couple of boats that had fish but said they were caught before sunup. Water temp almost 53 when we put in and upper 58s when we loaded up. We have an inch and a half of rain so far today here at my house See you'll Saturday......Art
