Well tried salt end of Rosy not much luck. Saw more hunters than fishermen. Was using Bbcs,John deergreen, acid rain. Some guys at ramp were drop shotting around windy hill for 6 large mouths.will be out again in morning.

Thanks for the report even though you couldn't get into any today.

I like to see good reports as well as the bad reports because it works out for determining patterns.

I hope tomorrow is more of a catching day for you.   :fish:

I believe they were hunting ducks.Alot of shooting going yesterday and today.

the waterfowlers have been banbin away for a month out there. talked to a few and they were gettin more birds than i was gettin crappie. some pretty green wing and cinamon teal gadwalls,the usual chit ducks. no curlytails.

thanks, ya have seen quite a few teal and tons of those dang shovlers/spoonies :'( this year,have not seen many mallards or widgeon this year at all at rosy and the gadwalls get quite anti social after being shot at a few times :o, but the feeding conditions for puddle ducks is not good with the lake so high. Geese are sure not around much anymore on either end of the lake.

it seems i see geese and more ducks and the pelicans at san carlos. by the way somebaody needs to go there and check it out.
