Took a beat down today. Fished from 8am to 2 pm, 1 Crappie, 1 green carp. Trolled the buoys at Schoolhouse then try Grapevine. Lots of fish on the graph. MY DAY IS COMING!  :banghead:

Always good to see AZCA folks, Art and Boat People. Jack, did you guys do any good? The flotilla sure broke up quick.

I fished yesterday near Schoolhouse as well. We caught 3 nice crappie from 10 to 1130, then the bite went dead. The wind picked up so we moved to Cougar point in submerged trees and nothing. We tried another cove south of Cougar point, I don't have my map here, with the same results. We tried casting into trees in 16 to 18 feet of water with jigs and minnows. The wind died down so we decided to stay for the uneventful afternoon bite. I heard of one guy getting 6 in the morning, but by the afternoon there were only 6 boats left out of 35 or so in the flotilla. I did see one guy spanking a few off a tree he marked on the buoy line that afternoon. Graphed fish everywhere we went, just not hungry yet. I think the earlier you get there the better. We didnt get out there 'til 830 left at 6.
