Got the brother-in-law healed up enough for one quick trip on the water before he was flown out for more treatment. We hit schoolhouse half an hour before daylight thinking we would really get the jump on things. Only thing we got ahead of everyone was cold. Didn't get a bite until around 11 and it was the only one of the day, got one crappie that went 1.5 and that was it. Now another cold front is moving in and going to really screw things up. Come on warmer weather. Sorry we missed you guys on San Carlos the weekend I was really looking forward to that trip. We will get them next time.
