The AZCA March meeting will be held starting Friday, March 23rd thru Sunday, March 25th at Roosevelt Lake - Grapevine Group Site - Grebe Loop. The official club meeting will be held on Saturday, March 24th - exact location & time will be posted below by our club president.
The Club has reserved the Grebe Loop for the above weekend starting at 9 am on Friday, March 23rd. All members & guests camping must depart no later than 10 am on Sunday, March 25th. See the attached Grapevine map for the Grebe Loop location.
PLEASE RSVP on this thread if you will be camping with us so we can get an accurate headcount.
Cost of reserving the Grebe Loop was $160 - as decided at the December meeting, those who will be camping are kindly asked to help reimburse the club for this cost. The exact per person dollar amount will be determined by the number of those camping. So the more members/guests that camp the less the per person cost will be. (see the link in Matt's post above)
For those members that are attending and DO NOT HAVE a Tonto Pass - please see LLL for a parking pass. Parking pass will be valid for both the Grebe Loop & Grapevine boat ramp.
