LTF starting proceedure Saturday
« on: March 14, 2019, 04:40 PM »
Tracy called me today and said for this first crappie tournament you will start by your assigned sign in number, with the bass guys, at Badger at approx. 6:30 a.m. He will have a prayer followed by the National Anthem then boat number 1 will be released. This may change to the ACA starting procedure at the start of the new season in September. We will all be on  a level playing field as the lake came up 3 vertical feet in 24 hours, scrambling campers on Burmuda Flats! .......Art

wow, how does it come up 3ft in 24 hours?  Wow 42,000 change in 24 hours all last week it was about 6k from runoff.  That storm must have really hit the right spot.  61% full baby! Who's going old school flotilla at Schoolhouse buoys??!

3 feet in depth over at Bermuda Flats has to be at least 10-12 feet in shoreline increase! I can't imagine what those campers thought when they woke up in the morning!

It's been a steady increase all day today. Last 24 hours saw a 3' increase (like you said) and it's almost exactly 2' since midnight.

It looks like the flow has tapered off a little bit since yesterday, but it was flowing in at almost 30,000 cfps from the Salt side last night around 7:00 and Tonto was flowing up to 11,500 cfps around 1:30 yesterday afternoon.
