Alamo 3/29
« on: March 30, 2019, 05:14 AM »
We fished from 730 to 4. We stayed up lake in 12 to 24 FOW. We tight lined minnows 4 to 8 feet below the surface. Water clarity was pretty good, but there was some small debris on the surface in a few areas. We picked up 10 before it got windy at 1030, then the bite really slowed. We spent most of the afternoon exploring new area, as there is so much water in there now. A couple of times on my Lakemaster chip, it showed us being on land from the time they scanned it. We ended up with 14 in the boat, and lost 4 more. The males we caught turned jet black in the live well. Females eggs are starting to get bloody. Water temps were 65 to 69.

It is starting thanks for the report Dave. It was amazing to see all the water in the lake with flooded trees and brush.
