8-28 Night Trip
« on: August 31, 2019, 01:24 AM »
Fished a couple of locations with submersible lights.  Lots of baitfish but the water temp was 87+ degrees.  Our minnows would only last a few minutes.

Around 11:30pm blow off from the thunderstorms that hit the valley hit us.  20-30mph winds and white caps made getting back to the dock "adventurous".

Lessons learned.

Wow!!! 87 degrees...thanks for the report, sorry for the storm.

Talked to a buddy in Wickenburg he said his friend went two different nights and caught a total of 2 crappie :(
