« on: January 01, 2012, 07:17 PM »
Marv and I hit SC today on water 9:45 first fishabout 10:30 fished til 2;45 only caught 9 but what a glorious day on the water do not think I have ever seen SC so calm. One other boat on the lake and looked like they were doing much better than us could see they had minnow but we did never got close enogh to ask. Water is up at least 4 ft. if not 5 by the dam over 17 ft we went back from the dam at least 3 miles and most the water was 12-13 ft with a few 7 ft spots. All 9 fish were on bbc tried jd acid rain bleeding shad fire tiger but only bbc worked must of been acouple thousand greges out there weirdest thing I have seen in awhile there would be 50-60 in a group and they would all flash mob it and all dive at the same time and surface at same time then same thing on the other side of boat all day long this went on it looked like 10 pound fish boiling

ramp still out of water and must take that same road but differant launch point really only one place and easy to spot in and out with my 2 wheel drive trailblazer no problem

Happy new years to all what a beautiful day :headbang:

Rats, 6 of the 9 fish were 1lb 10 oz range the other 3 pound and a quarter. we tried fishing deeper but the 10- 12 ft of line out was the best for us.

I tried this stuff for the first time on Sunday. It is the best I've ever used for water spots and stains. It took a 5 trip SC scum line with 1 or 2 swipes, no elbow grease needed. It does however left the finish a little chaulkie looking so I polished it out with color restorer, wax is next.
