Happy Birthday ya big ole Phreek, as an old buddy of mine used to say If I knew I was gonna live this long I would of taken waaaaay better care of myself. Now those are words to live by. 
Lots of us could be the Poster Person for that statement. Kind of like "Its unfortunate that being young is wasted on the youth".......or something like that.
