Site Hacked?
« on: February 20, 2012, 10:34 AM »
Twice today when coming to the site when I click on unread post I have been directed to other sites the last one of a nude female celebrity sitting on the john. When I close out come back to this site and click on unread post all is well. Has me concerned. :o

Having issues also - when using my bookmark, I'm redirected to another site.  It's always the same site but at least I don't have anybody sitting on da potty!  Doesn't happen all the time & if I go back and refresh the bookmark, the site then opens.  When I click on "unread posts" nothing happens at first.  Refreshing the page opens the "unread post" section.

I have cleaned out my history & rebooted da mac but no help.  Doesn't seem to do it all the time, for me anyway!

I can't duplicate anything you've guys have mentioned. Everything works fine for me...
I'll have to see if anything happened to the coding. That might take a while though so please continue to keep me update if you continue to experience this.

I found the issue. I'm removing the code...

I'm starting to thing this issue is coming from the hosting company because I really don't think this is something being caused from the forum software itself.

Please see if you're getting the same issue. I believe I've repaired the vulnerability.

I've confirmed that this hack was due to the hosting company's server being hacked. All websites (including my personal sites) were all attacked that are hosted on this specific server.

The hack didn't steal any passwords or personal information. It's direct purpose was to redirect traffic to their sites for monetary reasons. AZcrappie.Com has be completely cleaned.

Thanks for the heads up and and I'll be getting in touch with the hosting company to figure out what they're going to do about this now...
