I bought some of these jigs a few years ago at Sportsman
-
That looks like the Jumping Cholla jigs Art used to use. robably still does.
-
My experience with them is that they will catch everything in the lake but fish
-
Anyone know where you can still get them?
-
I used them when they first came out and thought their concept was awesome; unfortunately I didn't have much luck with them. I got mine at Sportsman's Warehouse years ago, but haven't seen them in a while.
I could be wrong, but I thought they were created by Robert (bob) Mitchell and he visits our site once in a while. Maybe he has an answer.
-
Thanks
-
I just sent Bob a text and I should have an answer shortly.

My brother is a jig maker and has been doing it most of his life. I will reach out to him to see if he has that mold. I will need hook size and weight your looking for. Please feel free to check his website out just search Hutch tackle. He does sell crappie jigs.

Looks like you're having the same issue several members are having with partial messages coming through. What device are you using to post? Phone/tablet or a PC?
-
Well big brother said he did not have that mold. And it would cost a bunch money to have one made. And that would only be for one weigh. He also said it would be very labor intense due to the 3 hooks. Sorry couldn’t help Hutch

We've had 4 other visitors say they've had problems and it's all been with an Apple device. I think you're the first one to mention a tablet though. Do you know if you were using Safari, Chrome, or Firefox?
Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to figure out what's going on here.

Testing testing 1 2 3 iPhone Safari is this thing on
-
Hey - just an update regarding those making posts but their content not all going through. PhishingPhreek, our website administrator is working on a fix but requires some testing prior to updating the website. The issue is iPhones specifically have a setting (look under Settings --> General --> Keyboard) called "Smart Punctuation" that changes single quotes, double quotes, ellipses, etc. into different characters that are not accepted by the website and essentially everything in your post after that character is cutoff. You can temporarily turn that setting off on your iPhone/iPad to allow you to submit full posts on the website. Regardless, a fix is in the works but as mentioned requires some testing so it may be some time before it gets rolled out. Thanks.
