Is Wild Horse Pass open for bait ?

I was there this morning they had minnows ,when I called they said they would be open til 6pm but when I got there they had changed the sign to say 6am til 12pm when I asked I was told they were going to have it  closed Monday thru ?? so call ahead 623-566-0740  things change quickly these days
