I noticed several of you will be banging away at SC---I'll tackle Bartlett ,tomorrow 3/16---

My old man caught 15 crappie in 4 hours yesterday at bartlett. All sizes from small to 14". That's not bad, but I think the low preasure system comming in will slow them down again soon.... good luck, and let us know how you do.

The conditions at Bartlett were near perfect for fishing--not for catching---I bagged 5 keepers, drifting ( barely moving in fact)--all caught on Green/green/yellow Kalin grubs, 15 feet deep +/-. Water temp ,on the surface, 62.4 degrees---strange events---all the crappie i graphed were huddled in an area 200 ft wide and about as long --all centered at the point as you first enter Cat Bay coming in from the south----very few signs in Cat Bay---largest crappie was just about 40 oz shy of 3 pounds :sign0103:
