Title: Spring Crappie-Fest 2013 Entry/ Camping Forms
Post by: Piscolli on February 10, 2013, 11:50 AM: Attached are the forms you will need to participant in this year's Spring Crappie-Fest. Please download them, fill them out and have them ready when you arrive. You do not have to camp with us to take part in the fishing Derby but you will need to provide your own parking pass. Those that camp with us will be given a pass for the weekend.

Thursday the 4th is member only day and reserved for Arizona Crappie Association members only. Non AZCA members are welcome to arrive no earlier than 3 pm on Friday the 5th. This is a private event for AZCA members, their guests and registered user of www.azcrappie.com only. It is not open to the public and we reserve the right to refuse entrance to anyone for any reason.

I fixed it. That's what happens when I cut and paste from last year and don't pay attention :banghead:

Entry form has been modified also.

Post by: The Desert Rat on March 06, 2013, 07:24 AM: Campin Nana has volunteered to be the camp "Deep Fryer" for fish again this year. If no problems, we will plan accordingly.
If anyone wants to participate, they could bring a fryer to do the vegetables in parallel with the fish frying.
This year, we hope to organize a little on the timing and have everything set up to serve the meal at a specific time so we can all chow down together.-----as a suggestion, have all side dishes set up by 5:15 pm, serve , fish, vegies at 5:30 pm----any suggestions on timing ??

This year EVERYONE will be filling out a form.

If your camping with us you do not need to buy a parking pass, I will have them.
