I have a 21’ ranger and want to put night fishing lights on it below water line, so we don’t have wires everywhere. Any suggestions?

I have not seen installed night lights on a boat "below the water line?" but have seen a lot of boats now that fish at night at pleasant with large strings of installed LED lights in both white and light green just under the top gunnel of the boat wrapped around on both sides of the boat, it is something to see when you are driving down the lake looks like they put in a new marina plus the LED pull so little amps

I'm not saying they don't exist, because I'm sure they do, but I've never seen them below the waterline. Most that I've seen are just as Fishless said. Right below the lip.
I've actually been interested in adding something like this to my boat, but I have a few other needs that need to be taken care of before I can start looking into the lights.

No offense Barry as it's a good idea, but I'm not drilling holes in my Ranger's hull. And I agree that wire management can be an issue as I too have wires running all over my boat when night fishing. I use 2 submerged 4' green florescent lights & a couple blacklights to see my line(s) so I get what you're saying.

Here's another option that I'd like to do to my Ranger: https://www.nightfishion.net LEDs built right into your rub rail insert. But they do not have the green submersible lights your looking for.

I know cheap lights like at some discount stores are a problem good quality lights last a long time and should not be a problem. I don't night fish anymore but used to use the two florescent lights suspended down connected with quick connects to the trolling battery (not the starting battery).
