Title: Yellow Cliffs boat ramp closed this morning at Bartlett

Forest service has announced that the yellow Cliffs boat ramp at Bartlett was closed this morning, they dummy locked the gate for today only to let boaters out but tomorrow morning it will be locked permanently till the water level comes back up.
