Fished from 8 until 1 near Yellow Cliffs. A bit breezy most of the day. but manageable. Brought home 15 nice crappie like the one in the pic. All were just under 2lbs. I spot locked over the schools and trees and picked up 3 to 4 then moved on to the next area. Lost about a half dozen more trying to land them by myself. Tough with the 14 foot rod sometimes. Beautiful day, hardly any traffic on the lake. Stayed in 16 to 25 FOW fishing 14 to 16 feet down.
The schools were so dense it changed the depth on the graphs a few times. Notice in the one pic it shows 9.4 feet

Wow that's a great day especially single person on the boat. It is nearly impossible even with the extendable net to get the correct amount of line out on the long poles so you can lift the pole up and have the fish be right on top of the water near the boat (all while your other arm is trying to hold the net out). Nice job. Hoping I can get out there for the Dec 8 meeting.
