Title: Bartlett FishMan 11/14
Post by: FishMan on November 04, 2018, 05:37 PM
Have 2 poker buddies who apparently one never caught a fish and the other caught one bluegill once in 8th grade and neither been on a boat. Hit Bartlett and floating by 8am. Main ramp only one open, and at 8MPH, 35 minute run to Yellow Cliffs area. Found many schools holding tight to trees in 18-22 FOW, new crew struggled to convert strikes to fish in boat, but in the end 2 nice crappies made it home with them to hit the grease. Both on minows, threw the jig as I always do and had a few bass, but couldn’t repelcate the FishLess Pattern. Bonus was a sweet eagle outfishing is.

Nice job, those fish look nice.  Bet they looked even better all fried up.
