So Bill, by saying "Drop Shot Weights" do you mean Bass fishing type finesse weights or do you mean egg sinkers we've been using?  And are you able to make walking sinkers for lindy rigs?

Bill,  if you decide to make bass casting stinkers let me know.  Thanks.
What kind are you referring to?

They are kind of like a Bell sinker but with a swivel in them.  The walkers create to much line twist.

Guys/ Men the place I made my order to decided today to tell me that they were out of stock and SHOULD be received and mailed out the molds Wednesday 10-30-13. I am beside myself sorry for any inconvenience this causes and I will be discounting $2.00 on already placed orders and I will discount orders made till this Friday $1.00. This is only for the finesse drop shot weights as I already have Walkers and egg sinkers made.

Sorry again. Bloody D     :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

I'm with Mac, if you can make bass casting sinkers I would buy some. 1 to 1 1/2 oz.

I haven't experienced any line twist issues with the walkers.

When I used yours last week they twisted my line really bad.  You proudly didn't notice cause you have a swivel.

So I am in the market for some of the bass casting sinkers as well but don't need 100.  I'd like to get 10-25 of the 1oz and 1 1/2oz.

BloodyDuck2, do you make this style?

If not, perhaps IAMMAC, Sparkchaser, others want to split this 1oz set?

And this 1 1/2oz one?

I would spilt some with you. I need both 1oz & 1.5oz if bloodyduck can do it??  And the cost it would be ??

I personally would like ask you Bloodyduck if you got any molds for pyramid sinkers. I have used a couple 1oz I got from Sportsmans and they work pretty good. I just want to change the design around. I was looking for the swievel to be on top of pyramid instead of bottom. If u need I got a pyramid one here I have been using I can take a pic to show you what I don't like. My buddy said he could make molds that I want at his work.  ????

To get cost, I need to know if anyone else interested in 1oz or 1 1/2oz casting sinkers assuming cost is o.k.

Others - let me know if you are interested and then I'll figure out cost on ebay.  If we hear from BloodyDuck, we can go with him.  I'd like to pull the trigger this week as I'll have some tying to do once I get everything in.

Seems like a good price.  Not that it's expensive but were you going to keep all 50 or did you want to split them up?

And I see 1 1/2oz:

I'm going to keep these. At times there are 4 of us with lines in the water. Not interested in 1.5oz

Sorry Guy's. No don't make that style. I think I will invest in that mold AFTER Christmas if finances hold up however.
Title: Re: Drop shot lead weights
Post by: BloodyDuck2 on December 08, 2013, 11:45 AM
I will invest it the mold and swivels but I would like a idea of how many people would like to order these?
Title: Re: Drop shot lead weights
Post by: OneBlade on December 08, 2013, 03:14 PM
I didn't need that many so already ordered as did sparkchaser.  AZrfisher had some interest but that's not enough to make the molds and so forth. Maybe next time.

Ya I would like some 1oz & 1.5 oz bell style sinker with swivels. Preferable the finesse style clasp on them. They save a lot of time.  If no one else wants don't worry I was gonna make my own. I like doing stuff like that. My buddy said he could make me any mold I want  he's a parts engineer.  But would cost me less to use you Duck.  Like I said thou no big deal if you can't do it right now. Always have future.

Cool. I want to buy more molds but these damn things are expensive. I add to my collection slowly but steadily. HOWEVER I have to turn a profit AFTER spending money on the mold and THE LEAD. Lead is getting harder to buy. I just bought 100# of lead and my guy generally has 500# to 5000# on any day of the week. He only had the 100# this week.
