Title: CrappieLogic Gnats
Post by: crappiholic on July 26, 2012, 07:35 AM
Since I live in MS, I'm not real familar with the ways AZ folks fish for crappie.  In MS we do a lot of slow trolling with multiple poles with jigs or hooks with minnows.  If anyone fishes this way, please take a look at Crappilogic gnats.  This set-up is a simple red sickle 1/0 hook tied with different colored hair.  I promise you that with a minnow on them, crappie can't leave them alone.  I like them so much that I have 48 different colors to select from. :blob1:

We're unfortunately restricted to two poles here.  A lot of guys long line but slow trolling/spider rigging is becoming more popular.  Thanks for da tip on the jigs.
