Title: SCF 2012 AZCA Member Only Day
Post by: Piscolli on November 01, 2011, 08:44 AM: The 2012 Spring Crappie-Fest will be at the Coot Loop inside the group site at Grapevine, Roosevelt Lake. To insure that AZCA members get first pick at the camp sites, Thursday is "member only day". This is a benefit of being an AZCA member.

The loop will be open at 3 pm on Friday the 20th for all registered users of azcrappie.com. If you've thought about joining the AZCA, our next "open meeting" will be on March 10th, time and place TBA. Once you have attended an open meeting and introduced yourself to the club you are eligible to be voted in as a member at the second meeting you attend.

Non-AZCA members can come in at 2 pm on Friday. But its your second meeting and you will be voted in so come Thursday if you'd like.

There are certain times your allowed into the group area plus the gates are usually locked. I plan on being there as early as possible on Thursday also. Last year I was da first one there & had to unlock the gate at the camping loop along with the main gate at the group site turn off. Thought that was like 10am or so?

So what time are we allowed into da Coot Loop? And I'm assuming the gate codes have not changed?

I think it all depends if people still occupy the spot. If so I think they have till 11am to exit.

Post by: Piscolli on April 09, 2012, 06:35 PM: Gate codes are 0810 for the main gate and 0802 for the loop. Please do not show up before 9am, very important! They gave me a bunch of crap last year about early arrivals.

This will be my second meeting, arrive time noon on Thur. I will bring firewood and cooking oil.
