AZCA's March meeting will be at Alamo Lake State Park at 3:30pm on Saturday, March 7th.  As stated above, this is an OPEN meeting for all those interested in prospecting our club.

With help from the great folks at the park, we will be having the meeting in the ramada that is across the street from the park's General Store and just south of Camp Area A.  The ramada is within walking distance from both Camp Areas A & B just follow the walking path to the ramada.  Vehicle parking is on the south side of the ramada and you can access it by following the red path in the pic below.  Please click on the pic below for a larger view.

Many of our club members have already reserved camp sites for the weekend starting on Friday.  Our meeting will also coincide with the Alamo Lake Clean Up Event that will also be held on Saturday.  Many of our members will be participating in this event.  For more information on the Clean Up Event please click on the link at the top right hand side of the webpage.

It'll be a great weekend so hope to see you all there.......

Thanks Debbie!  We'll see you guys on Friday evening.  Most of us are camping across the street in Area B.  We have 8 sites all next to each other, I'm in B18.

Anybody else attending the Alamo Lake meeting with this being your second meeting and interested in becoming a member?  Please make a post.  Thanks!

We're launching off the dirt, right?

Can anybody that's been out there in the past couple of weeks let me know if we are going to be able to use the Winnebago to launch or do I need to bring one of our trucks?

Thanks

Hope to get up there around noon and buying minnows there.  D&R on greenfield still out and Liars too far away.  I called and they 'said' they had some geez I hope they have enough.

Also, bring your radios and tune the to channel 7-1 Friday afternoon I might be on the water as well as Saturday.

Pretty bummed. I have been looking forward to this date, helping with the clean up, catching some fish, attending a meeting (been way to long) and seeing the crew. Found last evening my boater (Marvin) has had a family emergency and can not go. To long of a drive by myself to pick up a couple of bags of trash and return the same day. I guess we will see the crew @ crappie fest

Lauren's playing ball all day saturday, lutheran confirmation for her Sunday, I have a funeral to attend saturday.   It seems fishing is less and less of a priority these days...I really miss it.

Travel safe AZCA crew.
