Title: One Lure

If you had to go with one single lure/jig setup, no bait, for black crappie, year round, in uncharted Arizona water, what would it be?

unpainted 1/16th oz. jighead with 2" Powergrub - pumpkinseed chartreuse

I thought we would have had a slab daddy, mini crank in lavender shad or something else by now!? I know I know, keeping your secrets..

Post by: TRITOON on May 13, 2015, 12:43 PM: My best setup is a 1/4 oz chartreuse Kastmaster with the treble replaced with a single bait holder hook, then 30 inches above that an 1/8 oz Shell Cracker Slab Daddy. Killer combo.

This is my goto bait the last few years.

Also, they don't make my pumpkinseed-chartreuse anymore in the 2" powergrub, now it's either pumpkinseed or natural chartreuse, the natural looks similar but it just isn't the same.
