Menrats and I on the lake around 1pm, fished Yellow Cliffs and nearby areas. Menrats caught maybe 15 of fish X including first one on just a bare red hook (no bait, seriously). For crappie, we caught 3, returned them to the lake, and off the water at 4:30pm. Next morning I fished and caught 5 crappie off the water by 11:30am.
Water is dropping and signs were up at Yellow Cliffs boat launch indicating they will be closing it soon (no date listed though). Weather was great and campfires were allowed again so that was nice.
